He is a mentor and was a university lecturer to the founder of TIPAI. Andrew Lovedale is a friend of True Identity Poverty Alleviation Initiative (TIPAI) who brings some non-profit leadership experience. He is the Founder of Access to Success (A2S), a nonprofit that is committed to investing in Nigerian students and communities. A native to Benin City, Andrew describes himself as being lifted “from grass to grace.”

Eruanga Henry, is an entrepreneur and human resource personnel, working as an administrator with Edo College Old Boys Association (ECOBA) National secretariat. He is also an advocate for children's education and is passionate about empowering children by providing educational opportunities.

Esther Kolawole
Mrs. Kolawole is a businesswoman, lover of Christ, and the mother of our first TIPAI graduate. She wears TIPAI on her heart and being a passionate mother, she is able to ensure that the physical, spiritual and psychological needs of our scholars are communicated to and met by the leadership of the organization.

Victory is one of the many youths impacted by the True Identity Poverty Alleviation Initiative (TIPAI), through its Women Read Academy Program and A fashion designer. She attended the University of Benin where she obtained her bachelor's degree in English and Literature.

Tina Samir holds the True Identity Poverty Alleviation Initiative close to her Heart. She has not only witnessed the growth of TIPAI but has been invested in it since its inception. She gained her Esthetician license in Canada.
